Due to the frigid temperatures gripping most of the U. S. this week and early next week we are delaying fulfillment of orders shipping to locations within the polar vortex. We expect to resume shipping to these locations Tuesday, January 16th.
Shipping liquids during this time creates a high chance of the liquid freezing. The frozen liquid expands and has the potential to crack the bottle and/or lid. Pure & Clean will not be expected to replace any portion of an order damaged due to freezing. UPS will not reimburse for weather-caused shipping delays.
